How should I get to Foxwoods Resort Casino?
Click here to see Foxwoods’ “Getting Here” information. If you drive, complimentary parking is available on property. The address is 350 Trolley Line Blvd, Mashantucket, CT 06338. Follow the signs for your appropriate hotel tower location.
Which entrance should I use to enter the Trade Show?
Enter at the valet entrance of the Casino at Fox Tower and proceed to Premier Ballroom Pre-function to check-in.
What time should I be there?
That’s up to you! You can attend on Wednesday, October 15th from 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM or from 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM. Choose what fits your schedule the best!
Why should I attend the W.B. Mason 2025 Trade Show?
Great question! We have created this “Convince Your Boss” attachment to help you! You can simply input your boss’s name, and it will explain exactly why you should attend the show.
If I want to bring a guest, do I have to register them?
Yes, all guests need to be registered to attend the show. All you must do after finishing your own registration is click “Sign out” on the top right corner. On the Login Page, click “Don’t have an account yet? Sign Up”. Here you will create a new sign up and then go to the registration tab and complete all pages until you receive a confirmation page again.
What is the attire for the event?
The appropriate attire for this event is business casual. Jeans are appropriate. We also recommend comfortable shoes.
Will there be food provided at the Trade Show?
Yes! All Trade Show attendees will receive snack and beverage tickets and will be assigned a lunch time on site.
Are there any discounts available for the retail shops at Foxwoods?
Yes! Attendees of our event are eligible for a 10% discount at Foxwoods retail shops. This discount is only available on discountable products. Not all products are discountable. To redeem, please show your W.B. Mason badge at check-out.
*Prizes are subject to availability. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. To enter raffles, you must attend the Customer Trade Show on Wednesday, October 15, 2025, and submit your name and contact information at raffle entry location(s). To enter the Early Bird raffle, you must be registered for the 2025 Customer Trade Show by 11:59:59 pm EST on Friday, September 19, 2025, and attend the Customer Trade Show to be eligible to win. All raffle winners are randomly selected from eligible entries as described herein. For sporting event ticket prizes, transportation to/from the game(s) and lodging are not included.
