When and where is the Consumer Show?
The show is Thursday, May 14, 2026, at Citizens Bank Park – home of the Philadelphia Phillies! The address for the ballpark is:

How will I get there?
You can drive or take public transportation. If you drive, we’ll provide free parking!
Where should I park?
Free parking is available in Lot P (enter from Darien Street).
Which stadium entrance should I use to enter the Consumer Show?
You may enter at the First Base Gate of the stadium.
Are there bag policies that I must comply with when entering Citizens Bank Park?
All bags will be subject to inspection upon entry in accordance with Major League Baseball security regulations. For speedy entry into the park, guests are encouraged to bring a clutch purse, fanny pack (~5″ x 7″) or clear bag (preferred 12″ x 6″ x 12″ or smaller). In the event a guest wishes to bring a larger size or alternate style bag, additional security checks may apply. Medical bags will be permitted into Citizens Bank Park.
What should I bring?
Bring yourself and we recommend bringing business cards to enter all the great vendor raffles at the event. We will supply you with a bag for your samples and handouts.
What time should I be there?
That’s up to you! You can attend the morning session between 9:00am and 12:00pm or the afternoon session between 12:00pm and 3:00pm. Choose what fits your schedule best.
What if I select a time and realize on the day of the event that the other time works better?
Come anyway! We don’t want you to miss the exciting, new, and innovative products for the workplace. It will be time well spent.
Is it okay if I arrive late?
Of course. The Consumer Show will be going on from 9:00am – 3:00pm, so you shouldn’t miss a thing!
If I want to bring a guest, do I have to register them?
Yes, all guests need to be registered to receive individual event information.
How do I register another employee from my company?
It’s extremely quick and easy! All you need to do is log out after you receive your confirmation number and confirmation email. At this point you can revisit the website at WBMason2026PhillyShow.com and select “Register” and begin registering another attendee.
What is the attire for the event?
Appropriate attire for this event is ballpark casual. We recommend comfortable shoes.
Will there be food provided at the Consumer Show?
Yes, we couldn’t host it at Citizens Bank Park without great (and free!) ballpark concessions available!
Why should I attend the W.B. Mason 2026 Consumer Show?

Am I allowed to bring my children?
This is a business event, and we are looking forward to hosting you and your colleagues! While attending, we would like you to fully experience the event, interacting with manufacturers and industry experts to gain as much product knowledge as possible. For that reason, we would recommend that you treat this strictly as a business event and not bring your children with you.

Will the Phillies Team Store be open?
Yes! The Phillies Team Store will be open and will be offering a 15% discount* to our guests. Simply show your event name badge when checking out to access the discount. The entrance to the Team Store can be found from the Main Concourse at Section 135.
